York Sells Its Litigation Solutions Business to Insight Service Group

JERSEY CITY, N.J., Jan. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- York, a leading risk solutions provider, announced the recent sale of its Litigation Solutions business to Insight Service Group, Inc. (ISG). The transaction took place December 31, 2018. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Litigation Solutions provides a full range of investigative and litigation support services for a variety of clients. York acquired Litigation Solutions from MCMC in December 2014; the business brought talent and aided in delivering the best outcomes for York clients.

Thomas W. Warsop, Chairman and CEO of York, observed, "ISG has a great platform, and with this transaction, a stronger offering for Litigation Solutions associates and clients."
York will continue its relationship with ISG as a priority partner for investigative services for its claims administration and managed care solutions.
