• Wright Flood Customer login   or access as a guest
• By email to floodclaims@weareflood.com  include property address and phone contact info.
• by calling your flood insurance agent,
• Wright Flood Claims Dept. by telephone: 1-800-725-9472 (24 hours)

Please provide your policy number or your property address and a reliable method to reach you by telephone and by mail, especially during any evacuation.  As soon as the area is deemed safe, a flood claims adjuster will reach you by telephone to schedule a visit to view your property and assist you in your recovery.

To open your claimonline:  Enter your 14 digit policy number and your property's zip code to complete the initial claim form to include reliable methods to reach you.  At completion you will receive a claims number and adjusting company contact information for your future use.
