Working Solutions Welcomes New Senior Vice President
PLANO, Texas, April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- As the new senior vice president of Business Development for Working Solutions, Troy Hesselgesser brings cross-industry insight in serving contact center clients and their customers.
He has sold to companies such as Disney Studios, SpaceX and Toyota. Whatever the business, Hesselgesser works to understand it. "That way, you create customized solutions, based on wants—not just needs."
From Newport Beach to Dallas, his experience spans developing a direct sales model to such high-profile enterprises as Pixar, Hormel and Churchill Downs; creating close business relationships with Fortune 500 C-suite executives; and operating corporate websites such as bluedoorway.com and SmartMobileApp.com.
Before joining Working Solutions, Hesselgesser ran sales and business development at Noribachi, a premier LED lighting manufacturer. Under his leadership, sales increased more than 70% in a year. In less than two years, revenue soared 700%—and was on track to more than double in 2016.
At blur Group, procurement enterprise services, he expanded its U.S. market with a global creative exchange and increased revenue quarter over quarter by 75%.
As vice president of development at Colberg Technologies, Hesselgesser generated sales and strategic partnerships for mobile apps and advertising. At PRS Media Group, a marketing partner for businesses, he directed brand-building and managed relationships with FORTUNE 1000 companies.
A University of Southern California graduate, he's lived in eight states and three countries. "Such was the life of military kid," recalls Hesselgesser, whose father served 23 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a lieutenant colonel.
"Growing up all over exposes you to diverse cultures and points of view. And today, that awareness helps me better connect with and sell the right contact center solutions to different businesses, whatever the industry."
