Wellcare Health Plans Inc Reports 58% Advance In Q3 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Wellcare Health Plans Inc (WCG) reported earnings for its third quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $72.8 million, or $1.63 per share. This was up from $46.2 million, or $1.04 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 4.1% to $3.58 billion. This was up from $3.44 billion last year.
