Weibo Prices IPO At $17 Per ADS - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Weibo Corporation (WB), a social media platform for people to create, distribute and discover Chinese-language content, announced that its initial public offering of 16.8 million American depositary shares, each representing one class A ordinary share of the company, was priced at $17 per ADS. The ADSs will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on April 17, 2014 under the symbol, WB.

All of the 16.8 million ADSs in the offering are offered by Weibo. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.52 million additional ADSs from Weibo to cover over-allotments.
