Watts Water Technologies Q4 Profit Increases, Beats Estimates

(RTTNews) - Watts Water Technologies (WTS) announced a profit for its fourth quarter that increased from last year and beat the Street estimates.

The company's earnings came in at $67.5 million, or $2.02 per share. This compares with $55.8 million, or $1.67 per share, last year.

Excluding items, Watts Water Technologies reported adjusted earnings of $68.5 million or $2.05 per share for the period.

Analysts on average had expected the company to earn $1.91 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company's revenue for the period fell 1.3% to $540.4 million from $547.5 million last year.
