Vornado Realty Trust Q4 Income Advances 13%

(RTTNews) - Vornado Realty Trust (VNO) released earnings for its fourth quarter that increased from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $259.53 million, or $1.37 per share. This was up from $230.14 million, or $1.22 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.29 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 9.1% to $651.58 million. This was up from $597.01 million last year.
