Vicat : 2014 Registration Document Released

The Vicat group (Paris:VCT) (NYSE Euronext Paris: FR0000031775 – VCT) today announced that it had filed its 2014 registration document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 19 March 2015 (under number D.15-0177).

This document is available under the terms and conditions stipulated by the applicable regulations. It may be viewed on Vicat's website (www.vicat.fr) and will be sent free of charge to any person who requests a copy from the company's head office (Tour Manhattan - 6 place de l'Iris - 92095 Paris-La Défense Cedex).

The registration document comprises:

• The annual financial report;
• The annual information document;
• The consolidated and parent company financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2014;
• The Chairman's report on Board practices and internal control procedures;
• The Statutory Auditors' reports;
• Information on fees paid to the statutory auditors.
