Verint^® Systems Inc. today announced that the Verint^® Witness Actionable Solutions™ Americas Professional Services Organization has been awarded full ISO 9001 certification, an internationally recognized endorsement for quality management and quality assurance.

Sponsored and maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the best practices program helps ensure that global organizations are protecting the investment customers make in their solutions with rigorous quality standards and by incorporating direct customer feedback directly into the overall business strategy.

Even more importantly, the certification reinforces the company’s commitment to customer service excellence and quality management by aligning its customer satisfaction objectives and continuous performance improvements in pursuit of the objectives outlined by the ISO standard.
