Vapotherm Prices IPO Of 4 Mln Shares At $14/shr

(RTTNews) - Vapotherm Inc. (VAPO), a global medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of its proprietary Hi-VNI Technology products that are used to treat patients of all ages suffering from respiratory distress, said that it priced its initial public offering of 4 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share.

In addition, Vapotherm has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock, at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the ticker symbol "VAPO" on November 14, 2018.
