WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2005--ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK) today announced the re-branding and expansion of its paid search offerings for publishers and advertisers. The new brand, ValueClick Search, includes the self-service Search123 network, launched in October 2000 and acquired by ValueClick in May 2003, and Simpli, ValueClick's new premium search network.
Simpli offers publishers the ability to integrate enhanced search functionality onto their sites, enabling them to retain and more effectively monetize their search traffic. Publisher implementations include search boxes, branded directories, a variety of contextually targeted search ad display units, and a customized toolbar. For publishers that want additional control of their entire paid search business, Simpli is available as a customized private-label solution that allows publishers to sell placements on their own search results, and syndicate their search results to their downstream partners and affiliated sites.

Search123 (www.search123.com) is ValueClick Search's self-service paid search network that generates its traffic primarily through syndication relationships with other search engines, web portals and content sites. Search123 advertiser features include: a new user interface; $50 minimum deposit; $0.05 minimum bid; no minimum monthly spend requirements; customizable campaign spending limits; and free account set-up, management and optimization services. Search123 publishers benefit from highly customizable implementations, including search boxes and branded directories, contextually targeted search display ad units, and XML data feeds.
Simpli (www.simpli.com) is ValueClick Search's premium paid search network. Simpli sources traffic through Simpli.com and sites where Simpli typically enables the entire search experience. Advertisers can bid into the top-three positions on Simpli, at category-based minimum CPCs beginning at $0.10, and have access to the same account management tools and services as Search123 clients.
Simpli offers publishers enhanced, integrated search functionality.
