Vallourec Q3 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Vallourec SA (VLOWD.PK), which specializes in the production of seamless steel tube products for industrial applications, said Thursday that its net income, group share for the third quarter rose to €80 million or €0.6 per share from €62 million or €0.5 per share for the year-ago quarter.

Operating income for the third quarter rose 18.7% to €159 million from €134 million in the prior year quarter.

Revenues for the latest third quarter increased 3.4% to €1.38 billion from €1.33 billion a year ago.

In 2013, Vallourec continues to target an increase in volume and sales and an improvement in EBITDA margin.
