United Strategies Launches BizSold℠ to Help Online Business Owners Market & Sell Their Companies
DENVER, July 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- United Strategies has announced the successful launch of BizSold, an online business brokerage with a focus on eCommerce, technology, Internet, and SaaS based businesses. United Strategies' principals have been building and selling businesses since 2006. The company and its subsidiaries have sold over 500 different businesses all across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

According to Amazon, third-party sellers had record breaking sales in 2017 with active sellers using the Fulfillment by Amazon service (FBA) rising by over 70 percent.

E-commerce sales have been on the rise for the past several years with the number of online shoppers growing to nearly 20 million in 2015, with companies like Jet.com, Amazon, and Alibaba showing significant growth that trend doesn't appear to be slowing down. The National Retail Federation estimates that the eCommerce industry will grow 8-12 percent in 2017 which is three times higher than the growth of the overall retail industry.
Over the years, BizSold's parent company has built an extensive list of registered buyers interested in high-value tech companies. In 2017, BizSold and its parent company announced the sale of their 500th business. Bizsold focuses on helping business owners with exit planning, business valuations, and the marketing and sale of their companies.
