Ultratech Inc. Q1 Income Retreats 8%

(RTTNews) - Ultratech Inc. (UTEK) released earnings for first quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.

The company said its profit dropped to $2.71 million, or $0.10 per share. This was down from $2.93 million, or $0.11 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 7.9% to $45.21 million. This was up from $41.89 million last year.
