Ultratech Inc. Earnings Advance 9% In Q2

(RTTNews) - Ultratech Inc. (UTEK) announced a profit for its second quarter that gained ground from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $6.34 million, or $0.23 per share. This was up from $5.82 million, or $0.21 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 6.5% to $48.92 million. This was up from $45.92 million last year.
