UDR, Inc. Q1 Income Climbs 17%

(RTTNews) - UDR, Inc. (UDR) released a profit for its first quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $118.71 million, or $0.41 per share. This was up from $101.14 million, or $0.37 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 6.9% to $234.82 million. This was up from $219.75 million last year.
