UBS Group Now Holds 100% In UBS AG - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Swiss banking giant UBS Group AG (UBS) Tuesday said it successfully completed the SESTA procedure and holds 100 percent in UBS AG.

UBS AG's shares were traded the last time on SIX Swiss Exchange on August 27.

Further, UBS Group AG said it would pay supplementary dividend of 0.25 Swiss franc per share to its shareholders on September 22.

Separately, UBS launched its first global brand campaign since 2009, reflecting the firm's strategic transformation and future direction.

Featuring a distinctive brand film as well as advertising with images by Annie Leibovitz, the campaign refreshes the strong UBS brand with a contemporary look and feel.

The external launch follows a three-month internal campaign that inspired unprecedented rates of employee engagement, UBS said.
