Tyco International Ltd. Reveals 17% Rise In Q3 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Tyco International Ltd. (TYC) revealed earnings for its third quarter that climbed compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $231 million, or $0.54 per share. This was up from $198 million, or $0.46 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.6% to $2.45 billion. This was down from $2.49 billion last year.
