TriQuint Semiconductor CEO Ralph Quinsey to Discuss Future of Compound Semiconductors
TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc (Nasdaq:TQNT) a leading RF front-end product
manufacturer and foundry services provider, will participate in the 2007
IEEE Compound Semiconductor IC Symposium, (CSIC) being held in
Portland, Oregon October 14-17, 2007. TriQuint’s
Ralph Quinsey, Chief Executive Officer, will kick-off Monday’s
plenary sessions with a talk entitled "The
Future of Compound Semiconductors.”
Mr. Quinsey remarked "We look forward to
welcoming the industry’s best and brightest as
they gather near TriQuint’s headquarters to
discuss industry trends and innovations. I am proud of the TriQuint

TriQuint will participate in the following activities at the 2007 IEEE
CSIC.
Monday, October 15, 2007 -- 7:00 a.m. -- 8:00 a.m. Host continental breakfast. As a
corporate benefactor of CSIC, TriQuint will sponsor breakfast
and will be on hand to answer questions.

-- 8:30 a.m. -- 9:00 a.m. Session A Plenary Session: Mr. Quinsey,
CEO, will review a paper he wrote entitled "The Future of
Compound Semiconductors."

-- 3:30 p.m. -- 4:50 p.m. Session D: High-Power Amplifier
Technology. Dr. Charles Campbell, Design Engineer Fellow,
will chair sessions on High Power Amplifier Technology.

-- 4:30 p.m. -- 4:50 p.m. Session D.4: Technical Paper
presentation. Mr. Craig Steinbeiser, RF Design Engineer, Mr.
Thomas Landon, RF Design Engineer, and Dr. Charles Suckling,
Senior Applications Engineer, will co-present a paper
discussing 250W HV-HBT Doherty with 57% WCDMA Efficiency
Linearized to -55dBc for 2c11 6.5dB PAR.
Location: Galleria North Tuesday, October 16, 2007 -- 3:00 p.m. -- 4:30 p.m. Panel Discussion. Mr. Domingo Farias,
Senior Design Engineer, will participate in a panel discussion
called "Which Switch Gets Ditched?"
