TravelCenters Of America Prices $120 MLn Of Senior Notes

(RTTNews) - TravelCenters of America LLC (TA) said Tuesday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $120.0 million of 8.00% unsecured senior notes due December 15, 2029.

The settlement of the offering is expected to occur on December 16.

The company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional $18.0 million of additional Notes within 30 days solely to cover overallotments, if any.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general business purposes, including acquisitions and construction of additional travel centers and convenience stores, funding capital improvements to its travel centers and convenience stores and other expansion activities.
