Third Harmonic Bio Prices Upsized IPO Of 10.90 Mln Shares At $17.00/shr

(RTTNews) - Third Harmonic Bio Inc. (THRD) announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 10.90 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.00 per share.

The company expects gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by the company, to be $185.3 million.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on September 15, 2022 under the ticker symbol "THRD." The offering is expected to close on September 19, 2022.

In addition, Third Harmonic Bio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.64 million shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
