The Second Cup Ltd. Reports Voting Results of 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 4, 2018 /CNW/ - The Second Cup Ltd. (TSX: SCU) announced today the voting results from its annual meeting held in Mississauga, Ontario on May 4, 2018. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the meeting was 11,452,921 representing 67.21 per cent of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares.
Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of each of the eight director nominees as follows:
