Proffice's nomination committee proposes re-election of all members of the board of Proffice Aktiebolag (publ) at the 2015 Annual General Meeting.

The committee proposes re-election of board members Cecilia Daun Wennborg, who is also proposed to be re-elected Chairman of the Board, Karl Åberg, Lars Johansson, Susanna Marcus, Juan Vallejo and Axel Hjärne.

The nomination committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice for the AGM and on the company's website, where its reasoned opinion will also be presented.
