The Dolan Company Announces Stock Buyback Authorization

The Dolan Company (NYSE:DM), a leading provider of services and business information to professionals in law, finance and real estate, said today its board of directors has approved a program to repurchase up to 2 million shares of the company’s stock at market prices. The number of shares and the timing of the purchases will be determined at the discretion of management.

The Dolan Company is a leading provider of professional services and business information to the legal, financial and real estate sectors.
