(RTTNews) - The Children's Place Inc. (PLCE) reported earnings for its third quarter that gained ground compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $46.69 million, or $2.58 per share. This was up from $42.80 million, or $2.29 per share, in last year's third quarter.
