The Carlyle Group L.P. Q1 Income Advances 888%

(RTTNews) - The Carlyle Group L.P. (CG) released earnings for its first quarter that gained ground from last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $83.0 million, or $0.90 per share. This was up from $8.4 million, or $0.01 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 133.3% to $1.12 billion. This was up from $0.48 billion last year.
