The Carlyle Group L.P. Announces 7% Fall In Q3 Profit

(RTTNews) - The Carlyle Group L.P. (CG) reported a profit for third quarter that lost ground from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $228 million, or $0.66 per share. This was lower than $244 million, or $0.74 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 104.1% to $607.3 million. This was up from $297.5 million last year.
