While the 2019 VW Arteon is the successor to the VW CC, there are some notable differences. Incorporating the Volkswagen Modular Transverse Matrix (MQB) architecture, the Arteon has a more muscular and athletic design, with a more sharply-sloped hood and cab-backward silhouette. The Arteon is also longer than the CC, which results in a more spacious interior. 

Under the hood of the VW Arteon is the state-of-the-art 2.0-liter TSI engine. Mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, the engine churns out an impressive 268 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The Arteon is available with the 4Motion all-wheel drive system for optimal traction in all types of weather conditions.

The 2019 Arteon offers a wide range of advanced technologies, including the MIB II infotainment system, which features a user-friendly 8-inch touchscreen, as well as the Volkswagen Car-Net App-Connect technology with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone compatibility. On the safety front, the Arteon comes standard with a rearview camera and the Automatic Post-Collision Braking System.
