TFS Focusing on Commercial Finance Acquisitions with New Hire
TORONTO, Sept. 21, 2017 /CNW/ - Trade Finance Solutions (TFS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Sim as Head-Acquisitions. In his new role, Sim will assume responsibility for identifying acquisition candidates across the commercial finance industry in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Sim is the former Head of Originations at TFS, and has held senior roles at ExWorks Capital, LLC; GlassRatner Advisory and Capital Group; Royal Bank of Canada (Caribbean) Limited; and Wells Fargo Global Banking. A Toronto native, Sim has lived and worked in Canada, the U.S., Singapore and Trinidad and Tobago.
"We are boosting our expertise as we grow the company and pursue new acquisition prospects," said Steve McDonald, President of Trade Finance Solutions. "Bruce Sim brings the experience and drive to help TFS achieve its growth targets."
The firm owns high performing commercial finance companies and is actively seeking opportunities to expand.
