TeliaSonera AB (OSE:TEL)(STO:TLSN)(HEX:TLS1V)(LSE:TEE) has today acquired 124,541 shares to an average price of SEK 46,0244. The number of treasury shares held by the company is now 124,541. The shares are intended to be distributed to the participants in the "Long Term Incentive Program 2011/2014”, by May 7, 2014, at the latest. The total amount of registered shares in TeliaSonera is 4,330,084,781, including the treasury shares.
