Sylogist AGM Results and Board Committee Appointments

CALGARY, May 1, 2018 /CNW/ - Sylogist Ltd. (TSXV:SYZ) ("Sylogist" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting held on May 1, 2018 and the directors election of a chairman and committees for the ensuing year.

 At the Meeting, the shareholders elected James Wilson, David Elder, Ronald Cherkas, Fraser Elliott and Taylor Gray to the board of directors of the Company.  At their meeting, immediately following the shareholders' meeting, the board appointed James Wilson to serve as Board Chairman, and appointed Taylor Gray (Chairman), Fraser Elliott and Ronald Cherkas to the Audit Committee.  In addition, Ronald Cherkas (Chairman), Fraser Elliott and Taylor Gray were appointed to the Compensation Committee of the board.
