SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. announced today that the board has formed a committee to conduct a search for a new president and chief executive officer, replacing Steven R. Goldman, who recently resigned. The committee is comprised of three board members: Robert A. Alter, Keith M. Locker and Thomas A. Lewis.
