Strongco Announces Final Voting Results

MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 1, 2019 /CNW/ - Strongco Corporation ("Strongco" or the "Corporation") today announces the final director election results from the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held on May 1, 2019.   

All five nominees listed in Strongco's Management Information Circular dated March 19, 2019 were elected as directors of Strongco for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed.

A total of 9,547,636 common shares were voted in connection with the Meeting, representing approximately 71.40% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation. The numbers of shares, which were voted in favour or withheld from voting by proxy and a vote by ballot for the election of each director nominee, and such number as a percentage of the votes cast, were as follows:
