STMicroelectronics Named a Thomson Reuters Top 100 Global Innovator in 2014 for 3rd Year in a Row

Geneva, November 20, 2014 - STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM), a global semiconductor leader serving customers across the spectrum of electronics applications, was recognized as among the world's most innovative companies in being named a Thomson Reuters Top 100 Global Innovator for the third consecutive year. The Thomson Reuters Top 100 Global Innovators report analyzed patent data  related to filing success, invention influence, global scope and patent volume over a five-year period.
