Stewart Lender Services Launches New National Processing Center

Stewart Lender Services (SLS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, has opened a new National Processing Center in the greater Dallas area. The center, located in Coppell, offers centralized mortgage loan origination and loss mitigation services for Stewart Lender Services’ lender customers. Additionally, this center will provide enhanced loss mitigation and short-sale services to include additional call center and fulfillment capabilities.

SLS opened the center in response to a growing demand for its centralized platform which offers nationwide title and settlement services. The new center, joins the company’s existing National Processing Centers in Houston and Phoenix, and is the latest move in the company’s expansion to fulfill customer requirements. "We’re excited about the addition of the new center and increased service opportunities this location will create for our customers and SLS,” said Lisa Robertson, senior vice president and head of origination operations.
