sent by the European Commission to the Bonduelle Group
On May 19, 2014 the Bonduelle Group received a statement of objections from the European Commission relating to anticompetitive practices. This statement of objections is consecutive to the opening of infringement proceedings on April 9, 2013 against different companies active in the market for canned mushrooms sold under retailer brand in the European Economic Area.
In accordance with the procedure, Bonduelle will submit its observations in response to the statement of objections to the European Commission.
