Standex International Q4 Profit Slides - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Standex International Corp. (SXI), a multi-industry manufacturer, Wednesday said fourth-quarter net income declined to $10.05 million from $12.5 million in the prior year. Earnings per share dropped to $0.79 from $0.98.

Income from continuing operations improved to $1.07 from $0.97.

Adjusted net income from continuing operations was $15.7 million, or $1.24 per share, while it totaled $12.6 million, or $0.99 per share Last year.

Net sales increased 12.2 percent to $197.3 million from $175.8 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013.
