Standex Completes Enginetics Acquisition

(RTTNews) - Standex International Corp. (SXI) said Friday that it has closed its acquisition of Ohio-based Enginetics Corp., a producer of aircraft engine components serving the U.S. and European aviation markets.

The deal was originally announced last month.

Enginetics had revenue of about $30 million in the trailing 12 months.

The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings in the range of $0.03 to $0.05 excluding the impact of purchase accounting related to inventory and long term backlog in the remainder of Fiscal 2015 and $0.07 to $0.09 in the full year Fiscal 2016 excluding the impact of long term backlog.
