SRT to Exhibit at London DSEI
SRT announces that it will be exhibiting at DSEI in London from 15th to 18th September 2015. DSEI is one of the world’s leading security exhibitions, show casing the latest security technologies and systems for land, sea and air applications.
The SRT Maritime Domain Management (MDM) system provides a unique and complete solution for monitoring, controlling and managing any marine domain. From a single port to a national EEZ the SRT MDM system allows total control and monitoring of any vessel of any size without range constraint; even the smallest fishing boat. Sophisticated data management and visualisation functionality permits efficient continuous and automatic monitoring of all vessels and the generation of alerts in the event that spurious activities such as unauthorised territorial water ingress, illegal fishing or smuggling are detected.
The SRT MDM System will be in full operation at DSEI on stand S8-191 where visitors can experience, in real time, the power of being in full control of their MDA.
Simon Tucker, CEO of SRT, said:
"DSEI is recognised as a global leader in the show casing of advanced maritime security systems. The SRT MDM system provides a significant enhancement to traditional radar only based systems which tells you something is there, but not what and who is there and what they are doing. Our MDM system is therefore a natural addition to any serious maritime surveillance system. We look forward to showing interested parties how our proven and robust system can quickly, easily and cost effectively enhance their maritime domain awareness for the benefit of all marine stake holders.”

These are customised and provided to a global customer base to meet worldwide market demand to identify and track vessels of all sizes in leisure, commercial and homeland security applications.
About Automatic Identification System (AIS)
AIS is an international maritime tracking and monitoring technology developed and maintained by the ITU under the auspices of the IMO and UN. Since the first global mandate by the IMO on all ocean going vessels over 300GT in 2002, AIS has proliferated worldwide to become the technology of choice to enhance maritime domain awareness: vessel tracking, port and coast security, pollution monitoring, fisheries management.
AIS is a sophisticated real time mesh network technology which uses an intelligent combination of VHF and GPS technologies to provide constantly updated data on the identity and movement of vessels and other marine objects. For further information please visit: www.allaboutais.com
