Spartan Stores, Inc., (Nasdaq: SPTN) will announce its fiscal 2009 third-quarter financial results following the stock market close on Wednesday, February 4, 2009.

A telephone conference call to discuss the results will be publicly webcast at 9:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, February 5, 2009. Mr. Dennis Eidson, Spartan’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will host the call.
