Southcross Energy Partners Reports Q3 Limited Partners' Net Loss Of $17K

(RTTNews) - Southcross Energy Partners L.P. (SXE) reported that its third-quarter of 2013 Limited partners' interest in net loss was $17 thousand, and net loss per common unit for the latest-quarter was $0.14. Net loss per subordinated unit for the latest-quarter was $0.19.

Net loss, before deemed distributions on preferred units, was $4.1 million for the third-quarter ended September 30, 2013, compared to a loss of $4.0 million for the same period in the prior year.

Adjusted EBITDA was $9.7 million for the quarter, compared to $3.0 million for the same period in the prior year.

Revenues for the quarter increased to $160.63 million from last year's $118.15 million.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.03 per share and revenues of $203.96 million. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company expects that its Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2013 will be approximately $14 million, compared to its prior guidance of $14 million to $16 million.
