South Jersey Industries Names Stephen Clark CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - South Jersey Industries (SJI) Monday said it has appointed Stephen Clark as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and David Kindlick as its Executive Vice President, effective November 22.

In his new role, Stephen Clark will oversee all company accounting practices, direct financial strategy and provide guidance on opportunities for future company growth.

David Kindlick, in this position, will act in an advisory capacity and provide input to strategic planning and the strategic direction of SJI. David relinquishes his position as the CFO in preparation for his retirement effective April 24, 2014.
