Songbird Estates: QIA/Brookfield Offer Undervalues Company - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - The board of Songbird Estates plc (SBD.L) responded to the announcement by Qatar Investment Authority and Brookfield Property Partners L.P. made on 4 December 2014 of a final offer to acquire the entire issued share capital of the company at a price of 350 pence per share. The Board of of Songbird believes the offer from QIA and Brookfield does not reflect the full value of the company, its unique position and future growth potential.

Songbird announced that its Board will write to Songbird shareholders with its detailed view of the offer in due course.
