Skanska Invests EUR 35 M, about SEK 330 M, in Office Project in Wroclaw, Poland

Skanska (STO:SKAB) invests EUR 35 M, about SEK 330 M, in the office project Green 2Day located in Wroclaw, Poland. The seven-story building will have a total leasable area of around 17,100 square meters. The project is expected to receive LEED Gold certification.
Green 2Day is Skanska’s fifth office development in Wroclaw, located next to one of the company’s previous developments, Green Day.
Construction is due to start in November 2015 and the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017.
Skanska Commercial Development Europe initiates and develops office property projects. The company’s operations are concentrated in the metropolitan areas of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Poland and are conducted in four local units: Skanska Property Czech Republic, Skanska Property Hungary, Skanska Romania and Skanska Property Poland.
