Skanska Invests about SEK 300M in Property in Solna, Sweden, and Makes the First Lease in the Project Solna United

Skanska invests about SEK 300M in the property Tygeln 1 in Solna, Sweden. The seller is Bavaria. Today the building is fully let to Bavaria. The transaction is recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter 2016, when Skanska also gets access to the property.

At the same time Skanska let out about 4,500 square meters in the project Solna United (property Tygeln 2) to Bavaria with planned move in date during the second half of 2019. Bavaria, which is a distributor of BMW and Mini, will have their new showroom in Solna United, while the workshop will move from Tygeln 1 to new locations in the northern part of Stockholm.
