Signature Bank Announces Pricing of Public Offering
Signature Bank (Nasdaq: SBNY), a New York-based full service commercial bank, announced today that its public offering of 4.1 million shares of common stock was priced at $56.25 per share. All shares are being offered by the Bank. The Bank has also granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 615,000 additional shares of common stock from the Bank to cover overallotments. The transaction is expected to close on July 11, 2011.
BofA Merrill Lynch is acting as sole book-running manager in the offering. Barclays Capital and J.P. Morgan are acting as co-managers.
