Sigma Industries concludes the sale of its metal products division

SAINT-ÉPHREM-DE-BEAUCE, QC, Oct. 15, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Sigma Industries Inc. (TSXV: SSG), a manufacturing company specialized in the fabrication of composite products, announces it has concluded the sale of the inventories, the property, plant and equipment and the business unit of its PNS Tech division for an amount of $2,000,000. The transaction resulted in an estimated gain of $200,000, which will be recorded in the results for the Company's fiscal 2014 second quarter.
