Securitas AB Q2 Net Income Rises

(RTTNews) - Securitas AB (SCTBF.PK) reported second quarter net income of 1.65 billion Swedish kronor compared to 1.47 billion kronor, prior year. Earnings per share was 2.88 kronor compared to 2.56 kronor. Operating income before amortization increased to 2.82 billion kronor from 2.80 billion kronor. Earnings per share before IAC was 2.94 kronor compared to 2.79 kronor.

Total sales declined to 37.84 billion kronor from 38.56 billion kronor, last year. Adjusted organic sales growth was 3 percent, for the quarter.

At last close, Securitas shares were trading at 169.60 kronor.
