Seaspan Plans Senior Notes Offering

(RTTNews) - Seaspan Corp. (SSW) said Wednesday that it plans to offer senior unsecured notes due 2019 in a registered public offering.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc. will act as sole book-running manager and structuring agent for the offering. BB&T Capital Markets, DNB Markets, Incapital, Janney Montgomery Scott, Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., Wunderlich Securities, Maxim Group LLC, National Securities Corporation and Santander will act as co-managers for the offering.
