Sdiptech enters a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire all shares in niched technology company

As of today, Sdiptech has entered a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire all shares in a niched Swedish technology company. Net sales for the 2017 financial year amounted to approximately SEK 90 million with an operating margin of approximately 15 percent. If agreed and completed, the acquisition is expected to close during the first half of 2018 at a valuation multiple in line with Sdiptech's historical average.
